Job description:

The ideal Retail Sales Coordinator is passionate about helping others look and feel their best, enjoys having empowering conversations with guests and thrives in a SALES environment.
This is NOT a receptionist job; it’s about providing exceptional service to our guests and members visiting us for their men's grooming services.
You do NOT have to answer any phones - all reservation bookings are handled OFFSITE, so you spend most of your time starting and keeping empowering conversations with our members and offering them our membership programs and premium retail goods

A day in the life:

You’re educating our guests on the benefits of joining our membership-based men’s grooming club
You love the challenge of meeting retail and membership sales quotas
You’re playing bartender, offering our guests beverage selections at our complimentary top-shelf bar (no experience required, training provided, and no fancy beverages to make)
You’re completing all of our personal and professional development training programs in order to be your best

Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

The Gents Place is America’s Ultra-Premium Men’s Grooming & Lifestyle Club. With locations across the country, we are seeking Grooming Specialists, Barbers, Shoe Shine Specialists and Member Concierges to help us meet the demands of our rapidly growing membership base.
